Reach Out is an outreach empowerment program dedicated to strengthening the bonds between grandparents and their grandchildren. We partner with private individuals, communities and church organizations worldwide to enhance the lives of our elders through various initiatives focused on social, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth.
To create a global network of empowered grandparents and grandchildren who thrive in loving and nurturing environments, ensuring the preservation and transmission of wisdom across generations.
I live in Ferny Hills and work for one of the State Government Departments. In 2019, I was invited to volunteer at the community Christmas lunch for grandparents, single parents, and their grandkids. I was deeply moved by the event and have been volunteering ever since. When the opportunity arose at the beginning of this year to get involved with the volunteer BBQs at Richlands East State School, I didn’t have to think twice. My heart goes out to this community because I know what it feels like to be one of those kids. There were many people, including strangers, who helped me get back on the right path and build a better life. I want to see similar positive changes happen in the lives of these innocent kids.
